Online Store Regulations
1. General provisions

2.5. Order – a declaration of will of the Customer aimed at concluding a sales contract.
3. Conditions of placing orders
3.1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the store's website.
3.2. The customer is obliged to provide true data when placing an order.
3.3. After placing an order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming its acceptance.
4. Prices and Payments
4.1. All prices given in the store are gross prices and include VAT.
4.2. The store offers the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer,
- Online payment (e.g. PayU, Przelewy24),
- Payment on delivery.
5. Delivery

8. Protection of personal data
8.1. The Seller is the administrator of the Customers' personal data.
8.2. Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
8.3. The Customer has the right to view, correct and delete his/her data.
9. Final provisions
9.1. The Seller reserves the right to change the regulations. New rules are effective from the moment of their publication on the store's website.
9.2. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the law in force in the territory of [Country] shall apply.
