This Privacy Policy describes how the personal data of people using the .nomcaché store at nomcache.com, placing orders or contacting us is processed.

What data we process

Depending on how you use the store, we may process the data provided when placing an order: first and last name, email address, telephone number, delivery address and billing details.

We may also process information concerning the order, the selected delivery method, payment, return or complaint.

When using the website, technical data such as IP address, device and browser data, cookie identifiers and information about interaction with the website may be processed.

We also process the content of correspondence sent to us electronically.

We process data in order to conclude and perform a contract, including order handling, payment, delivery, return and contact concerning the order. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

We also process data in order to fulfil obligations arising from tax, accounting and other legal provisions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Where justified, we process data to protect the store, prevent abuse, conduct correspondence, establish or defend claims. The legal basis is our legitimate interest, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Data recipients

Data may be shared with providers necessary for the operation of the store and fulfilment of orders, in particular Shopify, payment providers available at checkout, InPost and IT service providers.

If you give the appropriate consent or applicable provisions allow it, data relating to activity on the website may be transferred to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and entities in the Meta group via Meta Pixel and Conversions API, in order to measure activity on the website and assess the effectiveness of communications.
