Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

To withdraw from the contract, send a statement to secretadvisor@nomcache.com. You do not need to use a standard form.

Seal beneath the lid

forma.nomcaché has an inner seal beneath the lid.

Unscrewing the jar alone does not prevent withdrawal from the contract, provided the seal beneath the lid remains intact.

Once the inner seal has been broken, return is not possible for hygiene reasons.

Returning the product

After submitting your withdrawal statement, send the product back within 14 days to:

The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the product.

Refunds

The refund will be made no later than 14 days after we receive the withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first. We will use the same payment method used for the purchase.

Complaints

If forma.nomcaché does not conform to the contract, including if the parcel arrives damaged or the seal beneath the lid is broken before use, email secretadvisor@nomcache.com. You may attach photos if they help document the issue. We will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
