Order preparation

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery

Delivery is available to countries served by .nomcaché’s active markets. The countries and delivery methods available, and the delivery cost, depend on the active market and delivery address and are shown at checkout before the order is placed. If free delivery is available for a market, checkout will show “Free delivery / 0”.

The delivery cost displayed at checkout when the order is placed applies.

Shipment tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
