Subject

The product offered for sale is forma.nomcaché — a body scrub and body balm designed to be used together.

The price applicable to the customer is the price displayed in the relevant storefront and checkout before the order is placed. Prices may vary between markets. Whether free delivery is available depends on the active market and is shown at checkout; when available, checkout will show “Free delivery / 0”.

The first batch comprises 2,000 forms.

Orders and payments

An order is considered placed when payment is confirmed by the operator of the selected payment method.

All transactions are processed in a secure, encrypted environment.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

The countries and delivery methods available depend on the active market and delivery address. Availability and delivery costs are shown to the customer at checkout before the order is finalized; the cost shown at checkout applies.

Returns and hygiene

Under the law, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

Important: forma.nomcaché has an inner seal under the lid. Simply unscrewing the jar does not prevent you from withdrawing from the contract if the seal remains intact.

Once the seal under the lid is broken, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply for hygiene reasons.

Complaints

If forma.nomcaché does not conform to the contract, you may submit a complaint to secretadvisor@nomcache.com. We will respond within 14 days of receiving it. Consumer rights arise from the applicable provisions concerning the conformity of goods with the contract.

Final provisions

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law. Use of the store means acceptance of the above terms.
